1.备好红枣,桂圆肉,花生,红豆,薏米。

2.除红枣及桂圆肉,其它食材均用冷水微泡半小时。

3.再将泡制好的食材沥水。

4.将食材下炖锅并加入适量清水。

5.高档,炖制二小时。

6.红豆薏米花生都熟并出味。

7.再将红枣及桂圆肉下锅同炖。

8.差不多炖制半小时即可断电。

小窍门&温馨提示
红枣可提早一个小时下锅,按我昨天炖制半小时,我自己觉得还不够出味。
